[255] A phenomenon (dhamma) with thought-conception and discursive thought (savitakka-savicāra) and a phenomenon without thought-conception but with mere discursive thought (avitakka-vicāramatta) are a condition for a phenomenon with thought-conception and discursive thought and for a phenomenon without thought-conception and without discursive thought (avitakka-avicāra) by mutuality condition (aññamañña-paccaya).
At the moment of rebirth-linking (paṭisandhi), one aggregate (khandha) with thought-conception and discursive thought, together with thought-conception (vitakka), is a condition for three aggregates and for the base (vatthu) by mutuality condition; two aggregates, together with thought-conception, are a condition for two aggregates and for the base by mutuality condition.
