[42] In dependence on a phenomenon (dhamma) with thought and examination (savitakka-savicāra) and on a phenomenon without thought and with examination only (avitakka-vicāramatta), there arises a phenomenon with thought and examination … In dependence on one aggregate (khandha) with thought and examination and on thought (vitakka), three aggregates arise; in dependence on two aggregates and the base (vatthu) — by dissociation condition (vippayutta-paccaya); at the moment of rebirth-linking (paṭisandhikkhaṇa), in dependence on the base — by dissociation condition.
