[433] A phenomenon (dhamma) with thought-conception and discursive thought (savitakka-savicāra) is a condition for a phenomenon with thought-conception and discursive thought, and for a phenomenon without thought-conception but with mere discursive thought (avitakka-vicāramatta), and for a phenomenon without thought-conception and without discursive thought (avitakka-avicāra), by connascence condition (sahajāta-paccaya); it is a condition by kamma condition (kamma-paccaya).
