[643] … not by kamma condition (na-kammapaccayā): Dependent on aggregates (khandhā) to be abandoned by seeing (dassanena pahātabba), [there arises] volition (cetanā) to be abandoned by seeing. A phenomenon (dhamma) to be abandoned by development (bhāvanāya pahātabba) … not by kamma condition: Dependent on aggregates to be abandoned by development, [there arises] volition to be abandoned by development. A phenomenon to be abandoned neither by seeing nor by development (neva dassanena na bhāvanāya pahātabba) … not by kamma condition: Dependent on aggregates to be abandoned neither by seeing nor by development, [there arises] volition to be abandoned neither by seeing nor by development; external (bāhira) … nutriment-originated (āhārasamuṭṭhāna) … temperature-originated (utusamuṭṭhāna) …. Dependent on a phenomenon to be abandoned neither by seeing nor by development, a phenomenon to be abandoned by seeing … not by kamma condition: Dependent on the base (vatthu), [there arises] volition to be abandoned by seeing.
