Dependent on aggregates (khandhā) to be abandoned by seeing (dassanena pahātabba), [there arises] volition (cetanā) to be abandoned by seeing.

Dependent on aggregates to be abandoned by development, [there arises] volition to be abandoned by development.
A phenomenon to be abandoned neither by seeing nor by development (neva dassanena na bhāvanāya pahātabba) … not by kamma condition:
