[708] A phenomenon (dhamma) to be abandoned by development and a phenomenon to be abandoned neither by seeing nor by development are a condition for a phenomenon to be abandoned neither by seeing nor by development by way of dependence condition (nissaya-paccaya).
The aggregates to be abandoned by development and the primary elements (mahābhūtā) are a condition for mind-originated forms (cittasamuṭṭhāna-rūpa).
