[730] A phenomenon (dhamma) to be abandoned by mental development (bhāvanā) is a condition, by way of kamma condition (kamma-paccaya), for a phenomenon to be abandoned neither by seeing (dassana) nor by mental development. Volition (cetanā) to be abandoned by mental development is a condition, by way of kamma condition, for forms (rūpa) originated by mind (citta).
