[729] A phenomenon (dhamma) to be abandoned by development (bhāvanāya pahātabba) is a condition (paccaya) for a phenomenon to be abandoned by development by kamma condition (kamma-paccaya): Volition (cetanā) to be abandoned by development is a condition for the associated (sampayuttaka) aggregates (khandhā) by kamma condition.
