[956] A phenomenon (dhamma) whose roots are to be abandoned by seeing (dassanena pahātabbahetuka) is a condition, by way of kamma condition (kamma-paccaya), for a phenomenon whose roots are to be abandoned by seeing: Volition (cetanā) whose roots are to be abandoned by seeing is a condition, by way of kamma condition, for the associated aggregates (khandhā).
