[957] A phenomenon (dhamma) with roots to be abandoned by seeing (dassanena pahātabbahetuka) is a condition for a phenomenon with roots to be abandoned neither by seeing nor by development (neva dassanena na bhāvanāya pahātabbahetuka) by kamma condition (kamma-paccaya): conascent (sahajāta), of a different moment (nānākhaṇika).
Conascent: volition (cetanā) with roots to be abandoned by seeing is a condition for delusion and for forms originated by mind (cittasamuṭṭhāna-rūpa) by kamma condition.
Of a different moment: volition with roots to be abandoned by seeing is a condition for the resultant (vipāka) aggregates and for forms born of kamma performed (kaṭattā-rūpa) by kamma condition.
