[731] A phenomenon (dhamma) to be abandoned by development (bhāvanā) is a condition, by kamma condition (kamma-paccaya), for a phenomenon to be abandoned by development and for a phenomenon to be abandoned neither by seeing (dassana) nor by development. Volition (cetanā) to be abandoned by development is a condition, by kamma condition, for the associated aggregates (khandha) and for mind-originated forms (cittasamuṭṭhāna-rūpa).
