[775] Dependent on a phenomenon (dhamma) whose root is to be abandoned neither by seeing nor by development, a phenomenon whose root is to be abandoned by seeing … by object condition (ārammaṇa-paccaya): Dependent on delusion (moha) accompanied by doubt (vicikicchā), the associated aggregates (khandhā) [arise].
