[804] Dependent on (paṭicca) a phenomenon (dhamma) with a root to be abandoned by seeing (dassanena-pahātabbahetuka) and a phenomenon with a root to be abandoned neither by seeing nor by development (nevadassanena-nabhāvanāya-pahātabbahetuka), a phenomenon with a root to be abandoned by seeing … Dependent on the aggregates (khandhā) accompanied by doubt (vicikicchā) and on delusion (moha), [there arises] the associated volition (sampayuttakā cetanā).
