[840] Conditioned by a phenomenon (dhamma) whose root is to be abandoned by seeing and a phenomenon whose root is to be abandoned neither by seeing nor by development, a phenomenon whose root is to be abandoned neither by seeing nor by development … Conditioned by the aggregates (khandhā) accompanied by doubt (vicikicchā) and the base (vatthu), [there arises] delusion (moha) accompanied by doubt.
