[776] Dependent on a phenomenon (dhamma) whose root is to be abandoned neither by seeing nor by development (nevadassanena-nabhāvanāya-pahātabba-hetuka), a phenomenon whose root is to be abandoned by development (bhāvanāya-pahātabba-hetuka) … by object condition (ārammaṇa-paccaya): dependent on delusion (moha) accompanied by restlessness (uddhacca), the associated aggregates (sampayuttakā khandhā) [arise].
