[823] Conditioned by a phenomenon (dhamma) with root to be abandoned by development (bhāvanāya-pahātabbahetuka) and by a phenomenon with root to be abandoned neither by seeing nor by development (nevadassanena-nabhāvanāya-pahātabbahetuka), there arises a phenomenon with root to be abandoned by development, by object condition (ārammaṇa-paccaya): conditioned by one aggregate (khandha) with root to be abandoned by development and by the base (vatthu), three aggregates [arise] … two aggregates; conditioned by one aggregate accompanied by restlessness (uddhacca) and by delusion (moha), three aggregates [arise] … two aggregates.
