[778] Dependent on a phenomenon (dhamma) with root to be abandoned by development (bhāvanāya-pahātabbahetuka) and a phenomenon with root to be abandoned neither by seeing nor by development (neva-dassanena-na-bhāvanāya-pahātabbahetuka), there arises a phenomenon with root to be abandoned by development, by object condition (ārammaṇa-paccaya):
Dependent on one aggregate (khandha) accompanied by restlessness (uddhacca) and on delusion (moha), three aggregates arise; dependent on two aggregates and on delusion, two aggregates arise.
