[870] Conjoined (saṃsaṭṭha) with a phenomenon (dhamma) whose root is to be abandoned by development (bhāvanāya-pahātabbahetuka), a phenomenon whose root is to be abandoned neither by seeing nor by development (neva-dassanena-na-bhāvanāya-pahātabbahetuka) arises, not by root condition (na-hetupaccayā). Delusion (moha) accompanied by restlessness (uddhacca), conjoined with the aggregates (khandhā) accompanied by restlessness.
