[964] A phenomenon (dhamma) with roots to be abandoned by seeing (dassanena pahātabbahetuka) is a condition for a phenomenon with roots to be abandoned by seeing, by nutriment condition (āhāra-paccaya): Nutriments (āhāra) with roots to be abandoned by seeing are a condition for the associated aggregates (khandha) by nutriment condition.
