[106] Dependent on a phenomenon (dhamma) that is both a root (hetu) and accompanied by roots (sahetuka), there arises a phenomenon that is both a root and accompanied by roots, not by predominance condition (adhipati-paccaya): dependent on non-greed (alobha), [there arise] non-hatred (adosa) and non-delusion (amoha).
