[134] Dependent on a not-root phenomenon with roots (nahetu-sahetuka dhamma), a not-root phenomenon without roots (nahetu-ahetuka dhamma) arises, not by object condition (na-ārammaṇa-paccayā): dependent on not-root aggregates (khandhā) with roots, mind-originated form (cittasamuṭṭhāna-rūpa) [arises].
