[133] Dependent on a not-root, rootless phenomenon (nahetu ahetuka dhamma), a not-root, rootless phenomenon arises, not by root condition (na-hetupaccayā): dependent on one not-root, rootless aggregate (khandha), three aggregates and mind-originated form (cittasamuṭṭhāna-rūpa) [arise]; dependent on two aggregates … . Rebirth-linking (paṭisandhi), up to the non-percipient beings (asaññasattā); there is no delusion (moha).
