Sappaccayaduka

[169] Dependent on a phenomenon with condition (sappaccaya dhamma), a phenomenon with condition arises, not by root condition (na hetupaccayā): Dependent on one rootless (ahetuka) aggregate (khandha) with condition, three aggregates and mind-originated form (cittasamuṭṭhāna-rūpa) [arise]; [dependent on] two aggregates … At the moment of rootless rebirth-linking (paṭisandhi) … up to the non-percipient beings (asaññasattā); dependent on the aggregates accompanied by doubt (vicikicchā), accompanied by restlessness (uddhacca), the delusion (moha) accompanied by doubt, accompanied by restlessness [arises].
