[292] Dependent on a mundane phenomenon (lokiya dhamma), a mundane phenomenon arises by way of non-root condition (na-hetupaccaya): dependent on one rootless (ahetuka) mundane aggregate (khandha), three aggregates and mind-originated form (cittasamuṭṭhāna-rūpa) [arise]; [dependent on] two aggregates … rootless rebirth-linking (ahetuka-paṭisandhi), up to the non-percipient beings (asaññasattā); dependent on the aggregates accompanied by doubt (vicikicchā), accompanied by restlessness (uddhacca), [there arises] the delusion (moha) accompanied by doubt, accompanied by restlessness.
