Sappaṭighaduka

Abhidhammapiṭaka · Paṭṭhāna (3) · Vol. 42 · Section 245

[245] A phenomenon (dhamma) without impingement (appaṭigha) is a condition for a phenomenon without impingement by nutriment condition (āhāra-paccaya): Nutriments (āhāra) that are without impingement are a condition for the associated aggregates (sampayuttaka-khandhā) and for material phenomena originated by mind (cittasamuṭṭhāna-rūpa) that are without impingement, by nutriment condition. At the moment of rebirth-linking (paṭisandhi), edible nutriment (kabaḷīkāra āhāra) is a condition for this body that is without impingement, by nutriment condition. The remaining two questions (pañhā) should also be done; rebirth-linking [and] edible nutriment should be done in both, at the end.
