[290] Dependent on a mundane phenomenon (lokiya dhamma), a mundane phenomenon arises through root condition (hetu-paccaya): dependent on one mundane aggregate (khandha), three aggregates and mind-originated materiality (cittasamuṭṭhāna-rūpa) [arise]; [dependent on] two aggregates … at the moment of rebirth-linking (paṭisandhi), dependent on the aggregates, the base (vatthu) [arises]; dependent on the base, the aggregates [arise]; [dependent on] one primary element (mahābhūta) … dependent on the primary elements, mind-originated materiality and kamma-born materiality (kaṭattā-rūpa) — derivative materiality (upādā-rūpa) — [arise].
