[316] A mundane phenomenon (lokiya dhamma) is a condition for a mundane phenomenon by dissociation condition (vippayutta-paccaya): conascent (sahajāta), prenascent (purejāta), postnascent (pacchājāta).
Conascent: mundane aggregates (khandhā) are a condition for mind-originated forms (cittasamuṭṭhāna-rūpa) by dissociation condition; at the moment of rebirth-linking (paṭisandhikkhaṇa), the aggregates are a condition for the base (vatthu) by dissociation condition; the base is a condition for the aggregates by dissociation condition.
Prenascent: the eye base (cakkhāyatana) is a condition for eye-consciousness (cakkhuviññāṇa), the body base (kāyāyatana) for body-consciousness (kāyaviññāṇa); the base is a condition for the mundane aggregates by dissociation condition.
Postnascent: mundane aggregates are a condition for this prenascent body by dissociation condition.
A mundane phenomenon is a condition for a supramundane phenomenon (lokuttara dhamma) by dissociation condition:
Prenascent: the base is a condition for the supramundane aggregates by dissociation condition.
A supramundane phenomenon is a condition for a mundane phenomenon by dissociation condition: conascent, postnascent.
