[1907] An arisen phenomenon (uppanna dhamma) is a condition for an arisen phenomenon by absorption condition (jhāna-paccaya); is a condition by path condition (magga-paccaya); is a condition by association condition (sampayutta-paccaya); is a condition by dissociation condition (vippayutta-paccaya): conascent, prenascent, postnascent.
Conascent: arisen aggregates (khandhā) are a condition for mind-originated forms (cittasamuṭṭhāna-rūpa) by dissociation condition. At the moment of rebirth-linking (paṭisandhi), arisen aggregates are a condition for kamma-born forms (kaṭattā-rūpa) by dissociation condition. The aggregates are a condition for the base (vatthu); the base is a condition for the aggregates by dissociation condition.
Prenascent: the eye base (cakkhāyatana) is a condition for eye-consciousness; the body base (kāyāyatana) … the base is a condition for the arisen aggregates by dissociation condition.
Postnascent: arisen aggregates are a condition for this prenascent body by dissociation condition.
