[362] Dependent on a phenomenon (dhamma) subject to taints (sāsava), a phenomenon subject to taints arises by root condition (hetu-paccaya): dependent on one aggregate (khandha) subject to taints, three aggregates and mind-originated form (cittasamuṭṭhāna-rūpa) [arise]; [dependent on] two aggregates …; at the moment of rebirth-linking (paṭisandhi), dependent on the aggregates, the base (vatthu) [arises]; dependent on the base, the aggregates [arise]; [dependent on] one primary element (mahābhūta) …; dependent on the primary elements, mind-originated form and kamma-born form (kaṭattā-rūpa) — derivative form (upādā-rūpa) — [arise].
