[390] A phenomenon (dhamma) associated with taints (āsava) is a condition for a phenomenon dissociated from taints by postnascence condition (pacchājāta-paccaya): postnascent aggregates (khandhā) associated with taints are a condition for this prenascent body by postnascence condition. A phenomenon dissociated from taints is a condition for a phenomenon dissociated from taints by postnascence condition: postnascent aggregates dissociated from taints, and delusion (moha), are a condition for this prenascent body by postnascence condition. A phenomenon associated with taints and a phenomenon dissociated from taints are a condition for a phenomenon dissociated from taints by postnascence condition: postnascent aggregates accompanied by grief (domanassa), accompanied by doubt (vicikicchā), accompanied by restlessness (uddhacca), and delusion, are a condition for this prenascent body by postnascence condition.
