[464] A phenomenon (dhamma) associated with fetters (saññojana-sampayutta) is a condition for a phenomenon associated with fetters by root condition (hetu-paccaya): Roots (hetu) associated with fetters are a condition for the associated (sampayutta) aggregates (khandha) by root condition. A phenomenon associated with fetters is a condition for a phenomenon dissociated from fetters (saññojana-vippayutta) by root condition: Roots associated with fetters are a condition for mind-originated forms (cittasamuṭṭhāna-rūpa) by root condition. A phenomenon associated with fetters is a condition for a phenomenon associated with fetters and for a phenomenon dissociated from fetters by root condition: Roots associated with fetters are a condition for the aggregates associated with fetters and for mind-originated forms by root condition. A phenomenon dissociated from fetters is a condition for a phenomenon dissociated from fetters by root condition: Roots dissociated from fetters are a condition for the associated aggregates and for mind-originated forms by root condition. Delusion (moha) accompanied by restlessness (uddhacca-sahagata) is a condition for mind-originated forms by root condition. (At) rebirth-linking (paṭisandhi). A phenomenon dissociated from fetters is a condition for a phenomenon associated with fetters by root condition: Delusion accompanied by restlessness is a condition for the associated aggregates by root condition. A phenomenon dissociated from fetters is a condition for a phenomenon associated with fetters and for a phenomenon dissociated from fetters by root condition: Delusion accompanied by restlessness is a condition for the associated aggregates and for mind-originated forms by root condition.
