[467] A phenomenon associated with fetters (saññojanasampayutta dhamma) is a condition for a phenomenon associated with fetters by immediacy condition (anantara-paccaya): The preceding aggregates (khandhā) associated with fetters (saññojana) are a condition for the subsequent aggregates associated with fetters by immediacy condition. A phenomenon associated with fetters is a condition for a phenomenon dissociated from fetters (saññojanavippayutta) by immediacy condition: The preceding aggregates accompanied by restlessness (uddhacca-sahagata) are a condition for the subsequent delusion (moha) accompanied by restlessness by immediacy condition. The aggregates associated with fetters are a condition for emergence (vuṭṭhāna) by immediacy condition.
