[910] A phenomenon (dhamma) with roots to be abandoned by development (bhāvanāya pahātabbahetuka) is a condition for a phenomenon with roots to be abandoned by development and for a phenomenon with roots to be abandoned neither by seeing nor by development (nevadassanena-nabhāvanāya pahātabbahetuka) … Each preceding set of aggregates (khandhā) accompanied by restlessness (uddhacca) is a condition, by immediacy condition (anantara-paccaya), for each subsequent set of aggregates accompanied by restlessness and for delusion (moha).
