[483] Dependent on a phenomenon (dhamma) that is both a fetter (saññojana) and associated with fetters (saññojana-sampayutta), a phenomenon that is both a fetter and associated with fetters arises by root condition (hetu-paccaya): dependent on the fetter of sensual lust (kāmarāga-saññojana), the fetter of view (diṭṭhi-saññojana) and the fetter of ignorance (avijjā-saññojana) [arise].
