[482] Dependent on a phenomenon (dhamma) that is both a fetter (saññojana) and subject to fetters (saññojaniya), a phenomenon that is both a fetter and subject to fetters arises by root condition (hetu-paccaya): dependent on the fetter of sensual lust (kāmarāga-saññojana), the fetter of views (diṭṭhi-saññojana) and the fetter of ignorance (avijjā-saññojana) arise. The cycle (cakka) should be bound.
