[671] Dependent on a phenomenon (dhamma) that is not misapprehension (no-parāmāsa), a phenomenon that is not misapprehension arises, not by root condition (na-hetupaccaya):
Dependent on one rootless (ahetuka) aggregate (khandha) that is not misapprehension, three aggregates and mind-originated form (cittasamuṭṭhāna-rūpa) arise; dependent on two aggregates … Rootless rebirth-linking (paṭisandhi), up to the non-percipient beings (asaññasattā). Dependent on the eye base (cakkhāyatana), eye-consciousness (cakkhuviññāṇa) arises; dependent on the body base, body-consciousness arises; dependent on the base (vatthu), rootless aggregates that are not misapprehension arise; dependent on the aggregates accompanied by doubt (vicikicchā), accompanied by restlessness (uddhacca), and on the base, delusion (moha) accompanied by doubt, accompanied by restlessness arises.
