Cittasahabhuduka

Abhidhammapiṭaka · Paṭṭhāna (4) · Vol. 43 · Section 209

[209] A phenomenon (dhamma) arisen together with mind (cittasahabhū) is a condition for a phenomenon arisen together with mind by predominance condition (adhipati-paccaya): three. Both object-predominance (ārammaṇādhipati) and conascence-predominance (sahajātādhipati) should be worked out. A phenomenon not arisen together with mind (no-cittasahabhū) is a condition for a phenomenon not arisen together with mind by predominance condition: three. Both object-predominance and conascence-predominance should be worked out for these three also. The nine questions, too, are similar to the mind-originated dyad (cittasamuṭṭhāna-duka); at the end, the three are object-predominance only.
