[383] A clung-to phenomenon (upādinna dhamma) is a condition for a clung-to phenomenon by dissociation condition (vippayutta-paccaya): conascent (sahajāta), prenascent (purejāta), postnascent (pacchājāta). Conascent: at the moment of rebirth-linking (paṭisandhikkhaṇa), the clung-to aggregates (khandhā) are a condition for the kamma-born forms (kaṭattārūpa) by dissociation condition; the aggregates are a condition for the base (vatthu) by dissociation condition; the base is a condition for the aggregates by dissociation condition. Prenascent: the eye sense base (cakkhāyatana) is a condition for eye-consciousness (cakkhuviññāṇa), the body sense base (kāyāyatana) for body-consciousness (kāyaviññāṇa), and the base for the clung-to aggregates, by dissociation condition. Postnascent: the clung-to aggregates are a condition for this prenascent clung-to body by dissociation condition. A clung-to phenomenon is a condition for a not-clung-to phenomenon (anupādinna dhamma) by dissociation condition: conascent, prenascent, postnascent. Conascent: the clung-to aggregates are a condition for mind-originated forms (cittasamuṭṭhāna-rūpa) by dissociation condition. Prenascent: the base is a condition for the not-clung-to aggregates and for mind-originated forms by dissociation condition. Postnascent: the clung-to aggregates are a condition for this prenascent not-clung-to body by dissociation condition. A clung-to phenomenon is a condition for a clung-to phenomenon and for a not-clung-to phenomenon by dissociation condition. Postnascent: the clung-to aggregates are a condition for this prenascent clung-to and not-clung-to body by dissociation condition. A not-clung-to phenomenon is a condition for a not-clung-to phenomenon by dissociation condition: conascent, postnascent. Conascent: the not-clung-to aggregates are a condition for mind-originated forms by dissociation condition. Postnascent: the not-clung-to aggregates are a condition for this prenascent not-clung-to body by dissociation condition. A not-clung-to phenomenon is a condition for a clung-to phenomenon by dissociation condition. Postnascent: the not-clung-to aggregates are a condition for this prenascent clung-to body by dissociation condition. A not-clung-to phenomenon is a condition for a clung-to phenomenon and for a not-clung-to phenomenon by dissociation condition. Postnascent: the not-clung-to aggregates are a condition for this prenascent clung-to and not-clung-to body by dissociation condition.
