[393] Dependent on a phenomenon (dhamma) that is not clinging (upādāna), there arises a phenomenon that is not clinging, not by root condition (na-hetupaccayā): dependent on one aggregate (khandha) that is not clinging and is rootless (ahetuka), three aggregates and mind-originated form (cittasamuṭṭhāna-rūpa) [arise]; dependent on two aggregates … At the moment of rootless rebirth-linking (ahetuka-paṭisandhikkhaṇa), dependent on the aggregates, the base (vatthu) [arises]; dependent on the base, the aggregates [arise]. Dependent on one great element (mahābhūta) … dependent on the great elements, mind-originated form, kamma-born form (kaṭattārūpa), and derived form (upādārūpa) [arise]; external [form] … nutriment-originated [form] … temperature-originated [form] … of the non-percipient beings (asaññasattā) … Dependent on the aggregates accompanied by doubt (vicikicchā) and accompanied by restlessness (uddhacca), the delusion (moha) accompanied by doubt and accompanied by restlessness [arises].
