[394] Dependent on a phenomenon (dhamma) that is clinging (upādāna), there arises a phenomenon that is not clinging, not by object condition (na-ārammaṇapaccayā): dependent on the clingings, mind-originated form (cittasamuṭṭhāna-rūpa) [arises].
