[4] Dependent on a phenomenon with an object (sārammaṇa dhamma), a phenomenon with an object arises by non-root condition (na-hetupaccaya): dependent on one rootless (ahetuka) aggregate (khandha) with an object, three aggregates arise; dependent on two aggregates … [so too] at the moment of rootless rebirth-linking (paṭisandhi); dependent on the aggregates accompanied by doubt (vicikicchā), accompanied by restlessness (uddhacca), there arises delusion (moha) accompanied by doubt, accompanied by restlessness.
