[436] Conditioned by a phenomenon (dhamma) dissociated from clinging (upādāna-vippayutta), a phenomenon dissociated from clinging arises by way of not-root condition (na-hetupaccaya):
Conditioned by one rootless (ahetuka) aggregate dissociated from clinging, … as far as the non-percipient beings (asaññasattā); conditioned by the eye base (cakkhāyatana), eye-consciousness (cakkhuviññāṇa) [arises]; conditioned by the body base (kāyāyatana) …; conditioned by the base (vatthu), the rootless aggregates dissociated from clinging [arise]; conditioned by the aggregates accompanied by doubt, accompanied by restlessness, together with the base, delusion accompanied by doubt, accompanied by restlessness [arises].
