[298] Conditioned by a mundane phenomenon (lokiya dhamma), a mundane phenomenon arises by not-root condition (na-hetupaccayā):
Conditioned by one rootless (ahetuka) mundane aggregate (khandha) … as far as the non-percipient beings (asaññasattā); conditioned by the eye sense base (cakkhāyatana), eye-consciousness (cakkhuviññāṇa) arises; conditioned by the body sense base (kāyāyatana), body-consciousness (kāyaviññāṇa) arises; conditioned by the base (vatthu), the rootless mundane aggregates arise; conditioned by the aggregates accompanied by doubt (vicikicchāsahagata), accompanied by restlessness (uddhaccasahagata), and the base, delusion (moha) accompanied by doubt, accompanied by restlessness arises.
