[546] Dependent on a phenomenon (dhamma) that is both a defilement (kilesa) and defiled (saṅkiliṭṭha), a phenomenon that is both a defilement and defiled arises by root condition (hetu-paccaya): dependent on greed (lobha) there arise delusion (moha), wrong view (diṭṭhi), dullness (thīna), restlessness (uddhacca), shamelessness (ahirika), and lack of moral dread (anottappa).
