[568] Conditioned by a phenomenon (dhamma) to be abandoned by seeing (dassanena pahātabba), a phenomenon to be abandoned by seeing arises, not by root condition (na-hetupaccayā): conditioned by the aggregates (khandhā) accompanied by doubt (vicikicchā), delusion (moha) accompanied by doubt [arises].
