[630] A phenomenon (dhamma) to be abandoned by seeing (dassanena pahātabba) arises in dependence on a phenomenon to be abandoned by seeing, not by root condition (na hetupaccayā): In dependence on the aggregates (khandha) accompanied by doubt (vicikicchā), delusion (moha) accompanied by doubt [arises].
