[654] A phenomenon (dhamma) to be abandoned by seeing (dassanena pahātabba), conjoined (saṃsaṭṭha) with a phenomenon to be abandoned by seeing, arises not by root condition (na-hetupaccayā): Delusion (moha) accompanied by doubt (vicikicchā), conjoined with the aggregates (khandhā) accompanied by doubt.
