[593] Dependent on a phenomenon (dhamma) to be abandoned by seeing, there arises a phenomenon to be abandoned by seeing, not by root condition (na-hetupaccayā): Dependent on the aggregates (khandha) accompanied by doubt (vicikicchā), [there arises] delusion (moha) accompanied by doubt.
