[1247] Dependent on an unwholesome phenomenon (dhamma) associated with fetters (saṃyojana), an unwholesome phenomenon associated with fetters arises, by not-root condition (na-hetupaccaya): Namely, delusion (moha) accompanied by doubt (vicikicchā), dependent on the aggregates (khandhā) accompanied by doubt.
