[169] Dependent on a not-root (nahetu) phenomenon (dhamma) that is neither a result nor productive of results (nevavipākanavipākadhammadhamma), a not-root phenomenon that is neither a result nor productive of results arises, not by nutriment condition (na āhāra-paccaya).
