[1739] Dependent on a wholesome phenomenon (dhamma) of the fine-material sphere (rūpāvacara), a wholesome phenomenon of the fine-material sphere arises, by root condition (hetu-paccaya). Dependent on a wholesome phenomenon that is not of the fine-material sphere, a wholesome phenomenon that is not of the fine-material sphere arises, by root condition.
